Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are thrilled that pal George Clooney is going to be a dad, but they’re not sure he’ll be the most hands-on dad.
“I’m very excited. Obviously we’re fans of parenthood. I think it’s incredible for George and it really took Amal, I think,” Crawford, 51, told E! News on Thursday. “She’s just so amazing and they’re just so happy. It just seemed like a natural next step.”
Clooney and wife Amal confirmed in February that they’re expecting twins.
“It was like all of a sudden he might get married and he might have a family,” the supermodel said. “It’s incredible. We are very excited for them.”
Still, Gerber, 54, cracked, “I’m not sure he’ll be doing diapers.”
It’s something the best friends and Casamigos Tequila partners have in common, according to Crawford, who snapped back, “You don’t know how to do diapers.”
