Don Cheadle claims Trump used the N-word on the golf course

Don Cheadle claims President Donald Trump once made hideous remarks involving the N-word during a golf game with the actor’s friend’s father.

“Hated him since he asked my friend’s father at a Doral pro-am if he’d ever ‘f—ked a n——r…,” Cheadle, 52, tweeted to a fan on Saturday who had applauded Cheadle’s anti-Trump stance.

When another fan replied that the offense would put POTUS on his “s—t list,” the actor replied, “Go ahead and put him there for ALL of us. And consider the kind of person who would so glibly and irreverently spout that [to a total] stranger.” Cheadle, 52, added in another reply, “The Donald thought they were all ‘like minded.’ Mistook their shock for disgust … He went on to clarify, ‘No, no, it’s great!’ and some more stuff before they just teed off in silence.”

A fan then asked Cheadle if his friend’s father would go on record with the story, to which the star responded, “I don’t know him. But his daughter is famous and probably doesn’t want that particular beef for her or her dad.” In another reply to a follower asking if he had any audio recordings of the alleged incident, the “Hotel Rwanda” star said, “Her father wasn’t wearing a wire. But look up the 2M or so articles about Drumpf and racism if you need a primer.”

When asked why he didn’t discuss the story during the election, Cheadle said he didn’t know about it at the time, but, “I don’t really think it would have changed much. You’ve heard the things he’s said before, right?”

The president has not responded publicly to Cheadle’s accusations, and the White House did not immediately respond to our request for comment. In the past, Trump has called himself “the least racist person.”
