George Michael’s initial autopsy deemed ‘inconclusive’

Police have no idea how George Michael died, saying the initial autopsy of the ’80s heartthrob has been “inconclusive” and more tests must be carried out.

The results of further tests will not be known for several weeks, Thames Valley police said Friday.

The singer’s death on Dec. 25 is being treated as “unexplained but not suspicious,” officials said.

His manager has claimed that the 53-year-old died of apparent heart failure.

Meanwhile, a small tribute has popped up outside the UK store he famously crashed into in 2010, causing him to lose his license.

“RIP George Michael,” reads a note posted to the wall of Snappy Snaps in Hampstead, in the exact spot that Michael nailed with his Land Rover.

After the crash five years ago, a passerby scribbled the word WHAM in marker on the spot his SUV had hit. The graffiti was resurrected on Friday, appearing alongside the note.
