Kanye West’s next fashion show will be at Madison Square Garden

Kanye West is staging his most ambitious show at upcoming New York Fashion Week, renting out MSG on Feb. 11 and selling tickets — but sources say he won’t perform.

West’s new album is out the same date, and a poster for the event promises a “world premiere of the album . . . in its entirety.” (On Tuesday night, West announced the album’s name change from “Swish” to “Waves.”)

A source told us, “He’s not performing. It’s not a concert. He’ll premiere his new album, so it’s sort of like an album preview party and fashion preview” for his latest Yeezy line.

The source continues, “It’s a very large production and the first time fans will be able to hear the full album.” The source speculated there could be guest appearances, and noted the album includes tracks with Kendrick Lamar and others.

On Tuesday, West modestly tweeted, “This is not album of the year. This is album of the life.”

In past Yeezy fashion shows, West has debuted new songs while his wife, Kim Kardashian, and their daughter, North, watched from the front row.

Celeb watchers are buzzing that the show could also mark the first public appearance of West and Kardashian’s baby son, Saint.

Tickets will be available for purchase starting this Friday.
