Brandon Davis’ future as a free man is in jeopardy.
The oil scion was officially charged with drunk driving after a car crash in October, according to TMZ.
Davis was driving with a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit when he totaled his Mercedes.
Because of his injuries, he was arrested at the hospital while being treated.
Davis could face up to six months in jail because of his prior record.
The site reports Davis pleaded guilty to coke possession in 2011.
