Several of Charlie Sheen’s exes claim he never told them he had HIV

Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen revealed Tuesday that he is HIV-positive, and admitted he had unprotected sex after his diagnosis, but insisted he told each one of his many lovers about his condition — a claim that several exes are already disputing.

Sheen allegedly had sex with one partner as recently as last week — yet never told the person he was infected, a source told RadarOnline.

“And a second individual claims they had sex with Charlie three weeks ago. He didn’t tell them he was HIV-positive” either, the source said.

Sources told the site that Sheen has already secretly settled up to 24 lawsuits lodged against him.

The settlements come amid years of rampant wild sex that included Sheen sleeping with everyone from hookers to transsexuals to men, sources told Radar.

“Charlie is secretly bisexual,” a source told Radar. “He’s had sex partners of all kind. He’d regularly spent thousands of dollars to sleep with transsexual hookers who he would hire and have them service him at his Mulholland Estate mansion.”

In one lawsuit, a claimant allegedly produced a damning text which said, “How could you do this to me? How could you expose me to HIV without telling me?” Radar said.

Sheen allegedly responded, “Oops, sorry, I guess we’ll need to figure this out now.”

Sheen, 50, told NBC “Today” show host Matt Lauer on Tuesday that he was speaking about his disease now after becoming the victim of “betrayal and extortion” — shelling out more than $10 million because he was threatened with being exposed.

One massive payout was allegedly made to a porn actress who had three-way sex with Sheen in 2011 and only learned that he was infected after he told her to get his HIV pills from the bathroom.

“She felt sick, she told me she had been having unprotected sex with Charlie and was convinced she had contracted HIV from him,” said her buddy, Jason Quinlan, to the Daily Mail.

“She told me, ‘I’d been having unprotected sex with him for almost a year along with 50 other girls at minimum.'”

Sheen’s former live-in girlfriend, Bree Olson, publicly lashed out at Sheen shortly after his “Today” interview, saying he never told her he was HIV-positive — and in fact insisted to her that he was “clean.”

“I was sleeping with him every single night. … He never said anything” about being HIV-positive, Olson told radio show host Howard Stern. “’I’m clean,’ he told me.”

Olson added that Sheen insisted on using lambskin condoms, which provide less protection than latex ones, when he was with her.

“I didn’t want to use lambskin. I wanted to use regular condoms. I trusted him!” the ex-porn star said, adding that they sometimes used no condoms at all because they were only meant to protect against pregnancies, not diseases.

Olson said all her tests have come back negative for HIV.

Sheen insisted that it was “impossible” to have infected any of his partners whom he had protected sex with — although even his own doctor said, “We are petrified about Charlie.”

While saying Sheen “is absolutely healthy,” Dr. Robert Huizenga told “Today,” “We’re so, so anxious that if he was overly depressed or if he was abusing substances, he would forget these pills.”

Sheen said he isn’t “entirely sure” how he contracted the virus. He said he learned he was infected about four years ago.

He said he has since had unprotected sex, “but the two people that I did that with were under the care of my doctor, and they were completely warned ahead of time,” he said.

A source with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said Sheen could be criminally prosecuted if he knew he had HIV and still engaged in unprotected sex with someone who wasn’t told of his condition.

“If an alleged victim comes forward claiming Charlie Sheen had unprotected sex with them, without notifying that person about his HIV status, it will be completely and fully investigated,” a DA source told Radar.

“The victim doesn’t need to contract HIV for prosecution to take place. These cases are taken very, very seriously, and any alleged victim’s identity will be protected.”

Sheen said he first realized something was wrong when he began to get “a series of crushing headaches and insane migraines and sweating the bed completely drenched, two, three nights in a row.

“I was emergency hospitalized. I thought I had a brain tumor. I thought it was over. After a battery of tests … they walked in the room and said ‘BOOM. Here’s what’s going on.’

“I’m here to admit that I am in fact HIV-positive,” he told Lauer. “It’s a hard three letters to absorb. It’s a turning point in one’s life.”

Sheen said he came forward because “I have to put a stop to this onslaught, this barrage of attacks and of sub-truths and very harmful and mercurial stories that are about me, that threaten the health of so many others that couldn’t be further from the truth.

“What people forget is that’s money they are taking from my children, you know. They think it’s just me, but I’ve got five kids and a granddaughter, you know,” he said.

The troubled star said that after one sexual encounter, a prostitute went into his bathroom and took a picture of his anti-viral medications and threatened to sell it to tabloids. He appeared to be talking about the porn star who received the payout.

“This is after — after I had told her that — ‘Thank you for your time. We’re not going to see each other anymore.’ It was after she spent the day, you know, at a health foods store buying me, you know, herbal medications,” he said.

Asked if he was still paying off people to keep quiet, Sheen said: “Not after today, I’m not. I release myself from this prison today.

“Regardless of their saltless reputations, I always led with condoms and honesty when it came to my condition,” he insisted.

Sheen left the TV network’s Manhattan studio after his interview smoking and giving a thumbs-up to photographers.

He issued a bizarre, rambling, online “open letter” a short time later in which he called his diagnosis “a ‘mule kick’ to my soul” — and once more blamed “desperate charlatans” for extorting him and forcing him into the open.

“The personal disbelief, karmic confusion, shame and anger [of being diagnosed] lead to a temporary yet abysmal descent into profound substance abuse and fathomless drinking,” Sheen wrote.

“In and around this perplexing and difficult time, I dazedly chose (or hired) the companionship of unsavory and insipid types.

“Sadly, my truth soon became their treason, as a deluge of blackmail and extortion took center stage in this circus of deceit.

“To date, I have paid out countless millions to these desperate charlatans. Locked in a vacuum of fear, I chose to allow their threats and skulduggery to vastly deplete future assets from my children, while my ‘secret’ sat entombed in their hives of folly (or so I thought).

“News Flash: This ends today. I’m claiming back my freedom. The scales of justice will swiftly and righteously re-balance themselves.”

He insisted that he is now on the straight and narrow, aside from still drinking.

“My partying days are behind me. My philanthropic days are ahead of me,” Sheen wrote.

“Ernest Hemingway once wrote, ‘Courage is grace under pressure.’

”I’ve served my time under pressure; I now embrace the courage, and the grace.

“Love and peace, Charlie Sheen”

The actor’s revelations came as the National Enquirer was set to publish an exposé in its edition this week. The Enquirer and RadarOnline are owned by the same entity, American Media Inc.

The star’s physician stressed that Sheen does not have AIDS.

“He is absolutely healthy,” Huizenga said, adding that an antiretroviral medication has rendered the virus undetectable in Sheen’s blood.

“Individuals who are optimally treated, who have undetectable viral loads, who responsibly use protection have … a very, very low [possibility of transmitting the virus],” he said, cautioning that it was still possible, especially if the actor misses a dose.

“Magically, somehow in the midst of personal mayhem, he’s managed to take these pills.”

The Daily Mail reported that Sheen has continued smoking crack and has been watching his old flicks while living as a recluse.

He has been paying male and female porn stars $25,000 to $30,000 a night each to party with him at his home, a source told the Daily Mail.

The increasingly paranoid actor also has been forcing guests to sign nondisclosure agreements and leave their cellphones before they can enter his home, the Daily Mail reported.

He also said he continued his reckless behavior because he was depressed.

“I was doing a lot of drugs and drinking way too much and I was making really bad decisions. That part I own 100 percent,” he said.

Drug and alcohol use have marred Sheen’s personal and professional life in recent years.

He was booted from CBS’ “Two and a Half Men” in 2011 after an epic meltdown that included calling the show’s producer a “contaminated little maggot” and, lawyers for producer Warner Bros. Studio said, for allegedly providing cocaine to others.

On “Two and a Half Men,” which debuted in 2003, Sheen played womanizing bachelor Charlie Harper. It ended its run this year, after Ashton Kutcher stepped in for the fired Sheen.

The admitted crackhead also has revealed that he spent more than $50,000 as a client of “Hollywood Madam” Heidi Fleiss’ prostitution ring.

In 2012, Sheen returned with the FX comedy “Anger Management,” which was adapted from the movie of the same name. It also went off the air.

Sheen sounded positive about the prospects for his stalled career.

“As we speak, I have the chairman of Sony excited about doing a show again,” he said. “I have a couple of films lined up that I could, you know, put start dates on.”

Sheen has been married three times, the first time to model Donna Peele from 1995 to 1996.

He and actress Denise Richards were married from 2002 to 2006 and have two daughters, Sam, 11, and Lola, 10.

A source told People magazine that Richards knew about Sheen’s diagnosis for a “number of years.” Neither she nor her daughters have tested positive for HIV, the magazine reported.

Sheen and real estate investor Brooke Mueller married in 2008 and divorced in 2011. They have two sons, twin 6-year-olds Bob and Max. Sheen said he had informed her of his diagnosis.

Mueller confirmed Tuesday that she and the twins are not HIV-positive.

“It doesn’t mean that Brooke wasn’t scared out of her mind, though,” RadarOnline reported. “This has been her living hell, knowing Bob and Max’s dad has the disease.

“Brooke only wishes Charlie the best, and wants him to live a long, happy and healthy life,” the source said.

Mueller, 38, had expressed her shock at hearing about the diagnosis in a text message to Sheen’s assistant.

“I couldn’t handle the HIV news,” the Palm Beach socialite wrote at the time, RadarOnline reported. “… Charlie potentially giving me HIV. I started doing heavy drugs with Charlie, staying up for days and it made my brain misfire. I snapped.”

Sheen — who ended an engagement to porn star Brett Rossi last year — also has a daughter, Cassandra Estevez, 30, from a prior relationship.

“I told my oldest daughter Cassandra the other night and I felt bad,” he said Tuesday. “It hit her hard and she recovered. She’s tough like her dad. And she said, ‘Wow!’”

When Lauer asked Sheen whether his off-the-wall booze-and-drugs meltdown a few years ago was a result of his reaction to the disease, Sheen blamed that episode on “more of a ‘roid rage.”

The unhinged actor claimed at the time that he didn’t need rehab because he was a warlock with “Adonis DNA” and “tiger blood” coursing through his body — and that he was “winning” despite his tumultuous life.

“This was on the heels of that,” Sheen said Tuesday of his diagnosis.
