A Manhattan judge dismissed the harassment case against Rachel Uchitel’s ex-hubby Thursday for allegedly bombarding her with threatening phonecalls.

During the brief hearing in Manhattan Criminal Court, former Penn State football player Matthew Hahn, wearing a royal blue suit, stood silently as prosecutor Jared Kramer told the court, “the case could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Judge Steven Statsinger dismissed the misdemeanor aggravated harassment count and ordered the record sealed.

Uchitel, 39, best known as one of Tiger Wood’s many mistresses, called cops after Hahn allegedly told her “I hope you die!” in one of several harassing phone calls, sources said.

The alleged call came shortly before Uchitel underwent surgery to relieve pressure at the base of her brain caused by a disorder called Chiari malformation, according to media reports.

In eight phone calls between Sept 4th and 6th, she claimed Hahn had repeatedly called her a “c—’’ and threatened to “ruin’’ her in the press, according to the criminal complaint.

“You whore!’’ he railed. “You’re Satan. Don’t worry. I’ll tell the press you are a drug addict and then I’ll get custody,’’ the complaint states.

Uchitel and Hahn, 29, who share 3-year-old daughter Wyatt Lily, divorced last year. The infamous “other woman” lives on the Upper West Side, where she runs a children’s clothing boutique.

“The DA’s office did the right thing but he should have never been arrested,” said Hahn’s defense lawyer Alex Spiro.
