Gigi Hadid flees Soho apartment after homeless stalker breaks in

The city’s failure to deal with its vagrant population has now reached supermodel proportions.

Comely catwalker Gigi Hadid is fleeing her multimillion-dollar Manhattan apartment after a homeless stalker got past the building’s 24-hour security and nearly made it up to her pad, sources told The Post on Monday.

The 20-year-old stunner — the daughter of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’’ star Yolanda Hadid Foster — put her Soho apartment up for sale just days after obsessed fan Marcell Porter, 35, was arrested June 29 for stalking her, sources said.

“She was scared,’’ a law-enforcement source said.

“He’s very delusional. He was muttering to himself in the precinct. He was saying stuff like, ‘She needs me.’ He’d wait for her outside her building for long stretches of time.’’

Porter, who is originally from Hawaii and being held without bail at Rikers, told cops he lived at 296 Ninth Ave. in Manhattan, the address for the Church of the Holy Apostles, an Episcopal church that aids the homeless.

Porter allegedly tried to get up to the Sports Illustrated model’s apartment at 250 Bowery at least five times between June 22 and June 29.

He made it to a lobby elevator before he was nabbed getting inside, sources said.

While Porter was in custody, he continued to tell investigators, “When are you going to release me? I have to pick her up at the airport,’’ the source said.

A self-proclaimed jazz trumpeter, Porter has previously been arrested by the NYPD three times, including for trespassing on the church’s roof on Oct. 10, 2013.

He was arrested April 6 for fare-beating at Columbus Circle while holding a 24-ounce can of Coors beer and shoplifting at a CVS in the West Village on Aug. 24, 2013, sources said.

In 2011, a Honolulu TV station put him on its “most wanted list’’ after he escaped a treatment facility and months later was accused of breaking into a woman’s apartment and threatening her.

Before trying to break into Hadid’s building, Porter posted creepy messages about her on Facebook, sources said.

“I LOVE U. I KNOW EVERYTHING NOW. WAIT FOR ME SOULMATE,” he wrote, according to a criminal complaint, adding another time, “WHY CAN’T YOU CALL ME? I WILL TALK TO U IN PERSON ASAP. I LOVE YOU ONCE AGAIN.”

Porter would leave “love’’ notes for her at her building, too, sources and officials said.

When a building super approached him at one point, he said, “I’m paramilitary, and I saved her life before. She wants to marry me and have my kids,’’ the complaint said.

Hadid who was rumored to have been dating Joe Jonas, has already looked at one potential new home, sources said. has already looked at several at least one new potential home, real-estate sources told The Post. She toured an apartment at 100 Norfolk St. on the Lower East Side, but the move-in date was too late for her, sources said.

She listed her 935-square-foot Bowery property — a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that she bought last year with her mom — for $2.45 million last week.

It’s in an eight-story, black, metal-and-glass building comes with a 24-hour doorman.

She has been house-hunting for a new spot since at least mid-June — and is anxious to get settled in somewhere else, sources said.

Guests at Hadid’s Soho place included best buds Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner in December.

A Sports Illustrated model, she also has already appeared on the cover of Vogue three times this year and catwalks for everyone from Guess to Chanel to Marc Jacobs.

A rep for the model said in a statement that “Gigi has never had a physical encounter with a stalker’’ and insisted that “the selling of her current apartment and the stalker incident are completely unrelated.”
