Who’s who in scandalous Upper East Side tell-all

Plenty of Birkin bag-carrying blondes on the Upper East Side hate the new book “Primates of Park Avenue,” Wednesday Martin’s “anthropological” study of their hierarchical behavior.

But some might hate it even more because they are alluded to — though not named — in the Simon & Schuster book.

When Martin describes an eye-catching socialite who outbid her wealthy husband at a charity event, it reminds some readers of Lisa Falcone, wife of hedge funder Phil Falcone. Lisa grabbed the microphone at a High Line gala in 2009 and announced a surprise donation of $10 million.

When Martin describes a “girls’ night in” at a massive triplex in a ‘great building’ on Sutton Place — with paintings by David Hockney and Cecily Brown — some readers guess noted art collectors Lisa and Richard Perry. Lisa is a fashion designer, and Richard’s hedge fund is the biggest investor in Barneys.

Some Botoxed women would like to tar and feather Martin for exposing their status-seeking customs. But the recent book party at Marisa and Silvano Marchetto’s apartment — safely downtown — was packed with the likes of stylist Robert Verdi, producer Amy Nederlander and health activist Dr. Annie Sparrow.

They all raised a glass and wished for Martin’s book to be a best seller that’s optioned for a movie starring Reese Witherspoon or Rosamund Pike.
