Lisa Immordino Vreeland — who last directed fashion doc “Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has To Travel” — turned her camera on the art world for her latest on Peggy Guggenheim, the famed collector of art and lovers.
At a Tribeca screening of “Peggy Guggenheim — Art Addict,” which includes a lost interview with Peggy that Vreeland found in a shoebox, were MoMA PS1 director Klaus Biesenbach, art dealer Jeffrey Deitch, W magazine’s Stefano Tonchi and Clive Davis.
The film includes interviews with Larry Gagosian, Arne Glimcher and Robert De Niro.
