The style set was buzzing about Coachella on Wednesday night.

Fashionable guests at a Bloomingdale’s cocktail party feting the CFDA’s new book, “Designers on Instagram: #Fashion,” were overheard talking about the music festival — known as much for its performers as its hippie-minded garb — which kicks off in Palm Springs this weekend.

We’re told partygoers were chatting away about MAC Cosmetics’ big pool party with Mia Moretti and how “over-the-top” the H&M Loves Coachella bash is expected to be, with a performance from Haim.

A number of designers were on hand, among them Chrisitian Siriano, Charlotte Ronson, Rebecca Taylor and Costello Tagliapietra’s Jeffrey Costello and Robert Tagliapietra. Co-hosting were CFDA CEO Steven Kolb and Tony Spring, Bloomingdale’s chairman and CEO.
