Jessica Chastain screens ‘Violent Year’ for director, pals

“Interstellar” star Jessica Chastain is still house-hunting back here on Earth with her Italian boyfriend, Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo.

Gian Luca — an executive for fashion brand Moncler, who met Chastain at a fashion show — is moving to New York from Milan, friends of the couple tell us.

The Post recently reported that the pair was seen last month eyeing a $3.5 million townhouse in Murray Hill. In the meantime, Chastain already owns a $1.4 million apartment in Greenwich Village.

On-screen, the busy actress will play the wife of her real-life friend from Juilliard — “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” star Oscar Isaac — in the upcoming indie film, “A Most Violent Year.”

The duo screened the movie for guests including Steve Tisch, “Divergent” director Neil Burger, Frank Oz (aka the voice of Yoda!) and Griffin Dunne at the Crosby Street Hotel this week.

Chastain and Isaac shot the 1981-set project in Brooklyn last winter before he went off to tackle “Star Wars” for J.J. Abrams.

“A Most Violent Year” is already nominated for a Gotham Award as well as three Spirit Awards.

Also at the screening were Tovah Feldshuh, Steve Guttenberg, Peter Riegert and John Patrick Shanley.

A spy said the J.C. Chandor movie’s reminiscent of a Sidney Lumet film.
