Are things going from bad to worse for Rob Kardashian?
Rob, 27, is hooked on sizzurp, reports TMZ. The concoction (also called lean, purple drank and Texas tea) is made by mixing prescription cough syrup — which contains codeine and promethazine— with Sprite or Mountain Dew. Sometimes Jolly Rancher candies are thrown in for added flavor.
The website obtained photos of Rob at a small gathering where sizzurp, marijuana and bottles of promethazine hydrochloride are present. Rob appears to be in possession of a double styrofoam cup with the words “Codeine Boys” scrolled across the side.
As a result, the Kardashian family is reportedly pushing Rob to enter rehab.
He denied receiving help in April after reports surfaced that he was in rehab for depression and substance abuse. A rep told E! News that Rob was not actually in rehab, but working out with his trainer, Gunnar Peterson, at the time news broke.
Since then, it appears Rob’s life has been spinning out of control. He was spotted arriving at LAX the day his sister, Kim, married Kanye West in Italy. According to sources, he skipped the lavish wedding after an argument with the bride.
On Wednesday, Kardashian was spotted leaving the gym dressed in all black.
