Now that’s an awkward moment.
“High School Musical” star Zac Efron broke his jaw and suffered a nasty gash – after slipping in a puddle of water in his home and crashing face-first on to the floor.
The mishap – which comes just weeks after Efron got out of rehab for cocaine and alcohol abuse – will delay his plans to promote his new flick, ironically titled “That Awkward Moment,” because his jaw is wired shut, E! News reported.
“Zac Efron came into the ER [Monday] because he apparently collapsed. He was there for 10 hours,” a source told HollywoodLife.com.
The Tinseltown hunk, 26, has reportedly been struggling to stay clean and sober.
