Perhaps to fan away all stench surrounding “Cars 2,” Pixar’s first movie to ever be critically eviscerated, the studio has released a first look at their next animated adventure, “Brave.”
A film that lives up to its title since it is the first Pixar movie to be fronted by a female — and even rarer in animation, the lady in question is not a princess.
There’s little to see beyond the lush Irish scenery and heroic voiceover, but that alone makes this 60 seconds more enjoyable than any other animated movie that has opened so far this year.
