DOMINICK Barbara says he won’t be intimidated by Criss Angel‘s magic spells. Earlier this year, the magician boasted he’d make the celebrity divorce attorney, who’s representing Angel’s wife, Joanne Sarantakos, “disappear.” And he nearly did – to Davy Jones’ Locker. Last month, Barbara’s pleasure boat caught on fire in the Long Island Sound, and the portly lawyer was forced to dive overboard to avoid being roasted alive. The Coast Guard rescued him. “Regardless, my wife and law partner, Leslie, and I will be out this week to depose [Angel]. It’s going to happen,” Barbara told Page Six, adding, “His illusions are worth tens of millions of dollars.” Sarantakos claims Angel had a fling with Cameron Diaz, which he and the actress both deny.
