BIRTHDAY boy Hugh Hefner (75 this week) isn’t going to like the note a former lover has penned to the May issue of Vanity Fair. Signing herself “S. Franz, Seattle, Wash.,” she writes of bedding Hef in the ’70s, when she was up for a Playboy centerfold. “Frankly, he missed his calling. He would have made a wonderful gynecologist – sex with him was basically sterile,” she claims.
