Nosh is excited to announce its very first food festival. The team has been scouring the East Bay for small food businesses dishing out tasty creations that reflect the wondrous diversity of our dining scene.

Nosh has invited some of its favorite pop-ups and trucks for an afternoon of beers and bites at Temescal Brewing (4115 Telegraph Ave. in Oakland), Saturday, July 13 from noon to 4 p.m.

Nosh assembled an eclectic mix of cuisines and savory and sweet dishes. The lineup: All Pau, a Hawaiian pop-up showcasing pan-Asian flavors; Pound 4 Pound’s grilled, towering-with-toppings burgers; Cenaduria Elvira’s Zapotlanejo-style cuisine; the northern Mexican dishes and handmade tortillas of Tacos Mama Cuca; small-batch, healthful beverages from Aleama’s Tonic; sourdough donuts and other sweets from SoDo; and the unique Palestinian-Cuban fusion of Asukar.

Come join us for an afternoon of curated deliciousness and pair your meal with one of Temescal Brewing’s recent releases, 8th Anniversary IPA, No Jerks Lager, or their first hefeweizen ever, Lost in the Fields. DJ Wiley Coyote will be spinning vinyl sets, and we’ll also have a raffle with multiple prizes. The event coincides with the Temescal Street Fair, so stop by to support the East Bay food community and grab some grub before or after perusing the collection of vendors.

Admission is free for the family-friendly event and you can RSVP and get more information here.
