🚀 We are excited to announce this year's Matchstiq Top 100 Startups and Tech Companies of 2023! Better yet, it is great to see more and more starting to open up their doors for curious folks to pay them a virtual visit on Badger.ai! Firstly, congrats to all of the companies that put themselves forward and made the final list. The ecosystem is gathering strength considering the growing number of incredible companies that didn't make the cutoff. For our fastest-growing sector to thrive, we need to stop making it so difficult for people to get engaged with it and the Top 100 is one small step in that direction. 🌟 On the bigger picture, our mission has always been to make it easy for people making a career decision to get the insight that they want without having to "know someone" or fight through layers of process to get it. The person telling you what you need to do each day and the people alongside you in the trenches is pretty critical part of whether you like turning up to work on Monday. 👎 Unfortunately, many companies are stuck in the old world of putting a lifeless obstacle course in front of people to get this information. 😴 The end result is that they turn a lot of great people away at the door, limit their diversity and give the rest a pretty stale first impression of their company. This year, we have ranked the Top 100 by the companies that are comfortable enough in their own skin to remove the layers for people to get to know them. On the list, the companies highlighted in pink are inviting you to pay them a visit, through a virtual space on Badger.ai populated with their employees Without leaving your living room you can listen to some interviews, engage in open discussions or send private messages to the team members about what it is like to work there. All of the interactions are asynchronous as opposed to live, removing any time pressure. 👻 👀 Last but not least, you can even do it under an alias until you feel comfortable.
