Founded in 1960 as the first state arts agency in the country, the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) is a leading source of funding for the vibrant, diverse arts and cultural sector across the state. NYSCA funding, which reaches all 62 state counties, is a valuable catalyst for the growth of New York’s creative ecosystem and a driver of community-building and the health of all New Yorkers.
As a reminder, all applicants must be Prequalified in the New York Statewide Financial System (SFS) Vendor portal by the application deadline to be eligible for NYSCA funding.
