Jared Goff and fiancée Christen Harper have a lot to celebrate.
The Lions quarterback and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model attended the launch of the iconic publication’s 60th anniversary issue at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York on Thursday — days after Goff agreed to a four-year contract extension with Detroit worth up to $212 million.
Harper, a former SI Swimsuit Rookie of the Year, traveled to Porto, Portugal, to shoot the 2024 edition and modeled a slew of sultry looks.
The couple, who is set to marry in California this summer, shared a sweet moment while posing together on the red carpet Thursday.
Harper, 30, looked stunning in a gold dress with cut-out designs and open-toe stilettos.
The 29-year-old Goff looked dapper in a black ensemble with a grey suit jacket.
The future Mr. and Mrs. Goff also got cozy in another video Harper shared to her TikTok page.
The three-time Pro Bowler supported Harper at the SI Swimsuit launch after she attended his press conference Thursday at the Detroit Lions’ headquarters in Allen Park, where he signed his new contract.
Harper posted a photo of the couple at the Lions’ facility along with a touching tribute to Goff.
“So proud of this guy and everything he has gone through to get here,” Harper wrote on her Instagram Story. “People get to see these big moments but never see what it takes to get here. Jared is the most relentless hard worker, he is humble, dedicated and cares so much for the people around him. We are so lucky to call Detroit home.”
Harper added, “So lucky to call this city home for the next few years. Truly wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! So proud of this guy and lucky to be along for this crazy ride. We [love] you Detroit!!”
The model engrained herself in the Detroit community when Goff was traded to the Lions in January 2021 in a blockbuster exchange with the Rams for Matthew Stafford.
The Lions went 12-5 and won the NFC North last season en route to the NFC Championship game, which they lost to the 49ers, 34-31.
Prior to that, Goff led the Lions to their first playoff win in 32 years, a 24-23 triumph over Stafford and the Rams in the wild-card game.
Goff, who proposed in June 2022, shared his excitement for the couple’s wedding in a recent interview with The Post.
“It’s coming this summer, we’re excited. She’s been doing a great job with it. I’ve been fairly uninvolved… but I’ll give my input when asked,” he said, laughing. “But she’s done a really good job of getting everything ready for the wedding and the day-to-day. There’s tasks for her to handle kind of every day.”
