Smell like your favorite Girl Scout cookie and shop the NATIVE body care line

Now trending on TikTok: the “everything shower.”

Made possible with a sultry and sweet assortment of the richest body lotions, salon-scented shampoos and lavish hair oils and face masks, the ultimate shower experience is now a beauty lover’s favorite time of the week. And, we can vouch for that, too.

Enter the brand-new NATIVE x Girl Scouts collaboration. Yes, it’s probably one of our favorite partnerships we’ve seen because it’s as sweet as it sounds.

As a leader in affordable, natural and effective body care products, NATIVE isn’t new to joining the beauty party. It’s available to shop directly from its website and Target as well, and fans of the brand can now enjoy smelling like a Girls Scout cookie. Seriously, who doesn’t want that?

NATIVE

Pros:

  • Only $10!
  • The pleasing, sweet scent that’ll make you feel delicious and fully cleansed
  • Large bottle given the price, so it’s an excellent value

Cons:

  • It’s not 100% void of fragrance, though expected and not a dealbreaker (it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin)

For only $10, you can smell like a rich butter cookie — without the irritation of overdone scent notes. NATIVE consciously formulated the collaboration’s limited-edition scents and end product without sulfates, parabens, dyes and phthalates.

For each scent, NATIVE has the entire product assortment. Shoppers can add the limited-edition deodorant, body wash, deodorant and body spray, shampoo and conditioner to their carts, depending on the selected scent.

The collaboration doesn’t fall short of your favorite Girl Scouts cookie, either. Scent options include Coconut Caramel (formerly known as Samoas), Thin Mints, Peanut Butter, Trefoils and Lemon.

Our review

NATIVE x Girls Scouts
Victoria Giardina

After using the collaboration’s body wash for two weeks, I can say for certain that the product is one you should stock up on ASAP. I’m confident the larger-than-life bottle will last me for months on end but it smells so good and has become one of my favorite parts of my shower routine.

The formulation easily absorbs into the skin without irritation and redness. This is saying a lot because my skin is sensitive as can be and I’m typically wary of scented body products to begin with. Of course, if you struggle with very sensitive skin, you’ll want to consult with your dermatologist before trying any product, NATIVE or not.

Another item that surprised me with how much I enjoyed it at first is the Coconut Caramel Plastic-Free Deodorant ($13). It’s one of my most-used hygiene products, too, as I’ve been a fan of NATIVE’s signature line of scented deodorants for years now.

Pros:

  • Affordable price point for natural deodorant
  • Long-lasting
  • Void of aluminum and parabens

Cons:

  • It’s not 100% void of fragrance, though expected and not a dealbreaker (it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin)

The Coconut Caramel Plastic-Free Deodorant is an excellent option that comes in recyclable packaging. It’s also better for your skin health as it’s void of aluminum and parabens — without compromising that stay-all-day feel.

What I love most about this collaboration is how thoughtful it is. As we’re looming into spring, this is the time when Girl Scout cookies are being sold (and eaten, mostly by me). It’s also honoring a wonderful foundation that everyone can appreciate. Its scent notes are all inspired by the original cookie recipe, too, so it’s a testament to how well-loved and well-respected the organization is at large.

I will continue to use my NATIVE body wash — and deodorant — until they run out. From what I’ve been seeing all over social media, beauty lovers are flocking to the limited-edition Native x Girl Scouts collaboration, so grab it while you can.
