A teacher’s aide was arrested at a Brooklyn school Wednesday for allegedly sending a 14-year-old student “sexually explicit” videos of minors, according to police and police sources.
Douglass James, 40, was cuffed shortly after 12:30 p.m. at the Juan Morel Campos Secondary School, a grade 6-12 school in South Williamsburg, the NYPD said.
Sources said the female teenage victim made a complaint with cops earlier in the day.
The paraprofessional allegedly sent the X-rated material to the girl via Instagram sometime between January 25 and February 5, sources said.

The message contained “sexually explicit video showing minors engaged in sexual activity,” sources told The Post.
Investigators aren’t yet sure whether it was a one-time offense.
The Juan Morel school lists Douglass as a paraprofessional but doesn’t state what grade he worked with. According to his LinkedIn, he worked as a science teacher.
He was charged with unlawful publication of an intimate image; endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful disclosure intimate image.
James did not immediately respond to a message left by The Post.
