Travis Kelce lands in Sydney for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour shows
They’re no longer worlds away.
Travis Kelce has landed in Sydney, Australia on Thursday ahead of girlfriend Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show on Friday at Accor Stadium, according to multiple reports.
The 34-year-old touched down at Sydney Airport just before 9 a.m. local, which is around 5 p.m. ET Wednesday, according to 9News in Australia.
Page Six confirmed Wednesday that the star Chiefs tight end, 34, was traveling to reunite with the pop superstar, who will perform four shows in Sydney through Monday.
Before jetting to Australia, Kelce — who has been dating Swift, 34, since the summer — was photographed playing golf at the Wynn Las Vegas earlier in the week.
The return trip to Las Vegas came days after he and the Chiefs defeated the 49ers in Super Bowl 2024 at Allegiant Stadium.
Swift cheered on Kelce during the big game and celebrated with the All-Pro tight end afterward, with the couple kissing on the field.
This year’s Super Bowl win marked Kelce’s third championship victory in five seasons.
“You are so magical,” Swift told Kelce in a hot mic moment following the Chiefs’ 25-22 overtime win on Feb. 11.
“I’ve never been so proud in my life. I can’t believe you. How did you do that? How did you do it?”
When asked by Kelce how she evaded jet lag after landing in Las Vegas following four Eras Tour shows in Tokyo, Japan, days prior, Swift responded, “Jet lag is a choice.”
The 14-time Grammy winner was back on the road shortly after as she performed three concerts in Melbourne this past weekend.
Though it’s unclear if Kelce will extend his international travels to next week, when Swift takes the Eras Tour to Singapore, his father, Ed Kelce, recently told The Sydney Morning Herald that he was eager to see Sydney and Singapore.
“Well, look, we spoke after the Super Bowl, and I asked him, are you going to take off for Sydney, and he seemed keen,” Ed said in an interview published Tuesday.
“He said he’d really like to see Sydney and Singapore, but he wasn’t sure because he has commitments. He is at a celebrity charity golf outing today, which, I think, is in Las Vegas.”
Swift will be on hiatus following her sixth and final show in Singapore on Saturday, March 9.
She’ll return to the stage on Thursday, May 9, when she kicks off the European leg of the Eras Tour in Paris.
