Taylor Swift is officially a member of Chiefs Kingdom.
As if her appearances at 12 Kansas City games this season didn’t signify that, the singer’s boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce gushed over her loyalty to his team.
“She’s all in, man. She’s all in,” Kelce said during a recent appearance on SiriusXM NFL Radio with Bruce Murray and Rich Gannon before the Chiefs face the 49ers in Super Bowl 2024 in Las Vegas on Feb. 11. “She’s part of Chiefs Kingdom 100 percent.
“You asked me how it is and to be honest, I’m learning throughout this all, you know?
“I’m just kind of on the plane ride just cruising and trying to figure this thing out on the run, man.”
Kelce faced plenty of questions about Swift from the media during Super Bowl Opening Night on Monday and gushed over the 14-time Grammy-winning singer.
“She’s unbelievable,” Kelce said of Swift. “She’s rewriting the history books.
“I told her I’ll have to hold up my end of the bargain and bring home some hardware, too.”
The night prior, Swift won Album of the Year for “Midnights,” at the Grammys in Los Angeles, making it her fourth Grammy Award in the show’s top category — more than any other artist in history.
Kelce was also asked about a potential engagement with the singer when one reporter asked: “Is there going to be another ring besides the Super Bowl ring,” if Kansas City wins its second consecutive title.
“I’m focused on getting this ring and that’s all my mind’s focused on right now,” the four-time All-Pro tight end replied, according to The Sporting Tribune.
Kelce and Swift, both 34, have been at the center of engagement rumors after Page Six reported that the Chiefs star asked her father, Scott Swift for her hand in marriage.
Swift appears to be fitting in nicely with Kelce’s friends and family, as seen in photos and videos from various Chiefs games — which showed her celebrating and toasting in private suites.
The superstar singer struck up a close friendship with Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The two even showed off their own handshake during the Chiefs’ 31-17 win against the Chargers on Oct. 22.
Swift and Brittany were spotted hanging out on numerous occasions after Swift attended her first Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium, where Kansas City beat the Chicago Bears, 41-10, on Sept. 24.
Mahomes has embraced Swift and said she’s become a part of Chiefs Kingdom during an appearance on “CBS Mornings” in December.
“But then he started bringing Taylor around and you realized how cool a person she was.
“For us [teammates] there were a couple of jokes in the beginning, but now it’s just she’s part of Chiefs Kingdom now, she’s part of the team,” Mahomes said at the time.
Kelce and Swift went public with their relationship in October, and later revealed they began dating sometime last summer.
Swift is expected to attend the big game on Feb. 11, when Kelce’s Chiefs will take on the 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
She has a concert in Tokyo the day prior, but it is still possible for her to make it before kickoff.
