Happy-looking Theranos fraudster Elizabeth Holmes turns 40 behind bars with husband and kids

Disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes rang in 40 behind bars during a jovial jail visit with her husband and two young kids.

The smiling fraudster gathered her children — William, 2, and Invicta, 11 months — in her arms as she enjoyed some family time outside FPC Bryan in Texas over the weekend, photos first obtained by the Daily Mail show.

The one-time Forbes cover star has been housed at the federal facility for the past nine months as she serves her 11-year sentence for fraud and conspiracy convictions.

Holmes wore her tan prison jumpsuit over a black and white shirt and black sneakers. She also had on her wedding ring and a cross necklace.

Her husband, hotel heir Billy Evans, kept his outfit casual with jeans, a dark shirt and black jean jacket.

The couple, who married in 2019, were spotted laughing together and at one point, Evans wrappped his arms around his incarcerateed wife from behind.

Holmes’ family visited her on Saturday, her official birthday, and Sunday, the Mail reported.

Her parents also joined the family of four and were seen sitting around a red picnic table.

The last time Holmes’ family was spotted visiting her at the federal facility was in July.

Holmes, who is known as federal inmate 24965-111, was originally sentenced to 11 years and three months, but updated records show the fraudster’s term has been shortened by two years.

The “RHOSLC” alum, 50, is serving a six-and-a-half-year sentence for defrauding mostly elderly and vulnerable victims out of $6.5 million in a national telemarketing scheme.
