Pat Perez’s wife, Ashley, seemingly shades him in NSFW post after divorce filing: ‘Mr. Big’

Ashley Perez has the internet buzzing over her recent comments following her split with LIV Golf pro Pat Perez.

The influencer — who filed for divorce last November after nine years of marriage with Perez — appeared to throw shade at her soon-to-be ex-husband in a series of posts on Instagram.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Ashley reposted a video by author and former PIX 11 journalist Tamsen Fadal, who explained her past relationship with a narcissist (aka, “Mr. Big”), and said she could relate.

“Hmm. Sounds familiar,” Ashley wrote in her post. “Except for the ‘Mr big’ part.

“I absolutely never referred to him as that.”

Ashley did not specify to whom she was referring, but it seemed to be a shot at her ex-husband.

The post has since expired, but resurfaced on social media, when Golf Digest writer Christopher Powers shared it on X.

Fadal explained in her video that she “wasted almost half of my life on a narcissist,” who she claimed was “critical of everything I did and always had this way of making me feel like I had to prove myself to him.”

After explaining that she finally got out of the “toxic” relationship, Fadal concluded with a call to action for those in similar situations: “But I guess my message for you is, if someone is making you second guess yourself, your decisions, your worth, you need to get out now.”

Ashley followed that post up with a screengrab of stories reporting on her filing for divorce.

Earlier this week, Ashley posted a photo of herself with a golf ball on her chest and introduced her next chapter, which she called Ashley 2.0.

“I spent almost 14 years of my life married to the game,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “Although not perfect, I tried my best. I loved with all I had. I am thankful for all of the memories.. but i am even more thankful for this next chapter. Ashley version 2.0.”

Ashley filed for divorce from Perez in Maricopa County, Ariz., Superior Court last November, as first reported by the website Bro Bible.

The news came after the ex-couple — who share two children together — appeared to remove some photos of each other from their respective Instagram pages.

The divorce filing, which was obtained by The Post, said “the parties’ marriage is irretrievably broken with no reasonable prospect for reconciliation.”

Ashley requested “sole legal decision-making for the minor children” with her home designated as the “primary” residence.

In a response to the filing, Perez’s attorneys requested “joint legal decision-making for and equal parenting time with the children.”

The divorce has not yet been finalized.
