Giants vs. Rams prediction: NFL odds, picks, player props, best bets

The Giants have moved on from the short-lived Tommy DeVito era as veteran Tyrod Taylor will start at quarterback Sunday when the Rams invade MetLife Stadium.

The Giants hung around with the Eagles on Christmas Day, but ultimately lost to Philadelphia, 33-25.

The Giants managed a cover as 14-point underdogs, marking their fourth ATS win in the last five games.

The Rams are right in the playoff mix in the NFC at 8-7 after winning five of the last six games.

Los Angeles took care of New Orleans, 30-22, as four-point home favorites in Week 16, marking the fifth straight cover for the Rams.

This is the largest road favorite spot for the Rams this season, who won as one-point favorites at Indianapolis and Arizona earlier this season.

The Giants started the season with two blowout losses to the Cowboys and Seahawks but have managed a 3-0-1 ATS mark in the past four games at Met Life Stadium.

The only home loss for the Giants in this span came against the Jets in overtime in Week 8.

Betting on the NFL?

Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is coming off his first 300-yard passing game in the last 10 contests as he threw for 328 yards and two touchdowns against New Orleans.

Both these teams have been on fire from an against-the-spread perspective, but it’s hard to ignore how well the Giants have played at home down the stretch.

Let’s back the Giants here as a home underdog to get a spark with Taylor under center against the Rams on Sunday.

The play: Giants +6.
