Christmas may be winding down, but BetMGM still has something special in store for you.
There are three different BetMGM bonus codes to choose from, and they vary by state (and your preferences) — a 20% deposit match, a max $1,500 first bet on the house, and $200 in bonus bets (which is only available in four states).
Here’s a little more about each offer, and we’ll cover all three in depth below.

BetMGM is one of the few sportsbooks with a deposit match available right now (DraftKings also has one). And both sportsbooks have what we call a “wagering requirement” on this match, aka a rollover.
With this BetMGM offer, you’ll get 20% extra on top of your deposit in a sports bonus. It’s not tied to a specific game, only to your deposit. So if you deposit $5,000, you’ll get $1,000 in a sports bonus.
The key caveat is that you must wager 10x your bonus amount in your first 30 days with BetMGM. If you don’t hit it, you forfeit the sports bonus and any profit from your bonus bet wagers.
If you don’t reach the wagering requirement in 30 days, your bonus bets will be removed, as will any winnings from sports bonus wagers.

This offer is similar to what many other sportsbooks give out nowadays. If your first bet loses, you’ll be refunded in bonus bets equal to whatever you lost.
So say you deposit $500, and place a $500 bet on the Panthers +200 against the Packers on Sunday.
- If the Panthers win, you’ll profit $1,000, keep your $500, and the promo is over. You’ve got $1,500 in your account you can bet or withdraw.
- If the Packers win, you’ll get $500 back in bonus bets.
The bonus bets come back in five increments — so in this case, you’ll get back five, $100 bonus bets.
NPNEWSGET: Bet $10, get $200 in bonus bets
- States available: MI, NJ, PA, WV
- Promo code: NPNEWSGET
This offer is the most straightforward but is only available in four states — New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Not surprisingly, those are the only four states where BetMGM operates its online casino.
Just place a $10 bet on anything, and you’ll get $200 in bonus bets. The bonus bets come back in four, $50 increments, and can’t be split down any further than that.
