Mac Jones’ girlfriend, Sophie Scott, swoons over Taylor Swift’s appearance at Patriots game

No one was more excited to see Taylor Swift back at Gillette Stadium on Sunday than Sophie Scott.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Scott — the longtime girlfriend of Patriots quarterback Mac Jones — posted a pair of videos featuring the pop megastar cheering on her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, during the Week 15 contest between New England and Kansas City.

“She’s here,” Scott gushed in one clip that featured Swift, 34, on the Gillette Stadium Jumbotron.

A separate clip showed Swift in a suite, where she watched the Chiefs top the Patriots, 27-17, with dad Scott and new pal Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Kansas City’s star quarterback, Patrick Mahomes.

“Love you @taylorswift,” Scott added.

This was Swift’s seventh Chiefs game this season.

Prior to Sunday’s contest in Foxborough, Swift attended Kelce’s games in Green Bay and Kansas City, respectively, both of which were losses.

With the Chiefs shaking off their two-game losing streak Sunday, they enter next Monday’s Christmas Day home matchup against the Raiders at 9-5 and the third seed in the AFC playoff race.

As for the Patriots, they slid to a dismal 3-11 in what’s been a woeful year for Jones.

The former first-round pick — who, like Scott, is a known Swiftie and caught the singer’s “Eras Tour” show at Gillette Stadium over the summer — has been benched multiple times this season and the 25-year-old hasn’t seen action since a Week 12 loss to the Giants.

Backup Bailey Zappe has since taken the reins and led New England to a 21-18 win over the Steelers on Dec. 7.

Though there’s been much speculation about what can happen in New England in 2024, but for now the team is preparing for the final three games of the regular season.

The Patriots will visit the Broncos on Christmas Eve.
