Kate Middleton looks just like Prince Louis in adorable never-before-seen Christmas photo

And she has all of her fingers!

Kate Middleton posted a never-before-seen Christmas photo from her childhood via Instagram on Monday — and she looks just like her youngest son, Prince Louis.

In the photo, which was taken in 1983, Middleton, now 41, can be seen wearing a blue-and-white dress covered with a dark-blue cardigan while also sporting a colorful beaded necklace.

Sitting in front of the future royal is a bowl and angel chimes while holiday lights twinkle in the background.

“Sharing some festive memories this Christmas because #ShapingUs is all about the vital importance of our early years and the role played by those around us in shaping the rest of our lives,” the photo’s caption reads.

Middleton’s staff posted the photo to raise awareness for her Shaping Us campaign, which focuses on addressing the needs of kids in the first five years of their life. The organization is also referenced during the royal’s third annual Christmas carol concert that was filmed earlier this month.

Members of the public can watch the service at 7:45 p.m. Christmas Eve on ITV.

Middleton’s nostalgic photo caused many fans to comment on how closely Prince Louis, 5, resembled his mother at that age.

“Louis is her double,” gasped one fan.

“Prince Louis looks just like his mother,” a second person stated.

“Aww !! Catherine was such a cutie pie,” a third user gushed. “I so do see so many glimpses of baby prince Louis in her.”

In the run up to the Christmas Eve service, the Princess of Wales asked her many supporters to share pictures of their first holiday celebrations.

The photo of Middleton, however, also comes a mere week after she and Prince William were plunged into embarrassment over a possible photo-editing fail on their 2023 Christmas card.

“Our family Christmas card for 2023,” the couple wrote via Instagram at the time.

While the royals stated they were “very pleased to share a new photograph of their family,” several critics were quick to point out the missing appendage.

“Wait where is Louis’ middle finger,” one user posted on X.

“Louis is missing a finger, this has got to be the worst photoshopped pic ever,” a second person chimed in.

It is possible that the young prince — who has displayed several bouts of mischievous behavior in the past — might have simply bent the finger back.

A source close to the the future monarchs revealed that they reportedly felt “embarrassed” by the whole thing.

“[They] were as shocked as everyone else,” the insider told Us Weekly last week.

The entire fiasco was mocked by “Saturday Night Live” during its “Weekend Update” sketch, too.

“A Christmas photo released by the royal family features a bad Photoshop job where Prince Louis’ finger appears to be missing,” co-anchor Colin Jost said Saturday.

“And this is sweet,” added Jost, 41. “Meghan Markle said she has a finger they can use if they need it.” A fake photo of Markle holding up her middle finger was then displayed on the screen.
