Inert rocket launcher found by worker in NYC basement

A worker unearthed an unsettling find in a Brooklyn basement Friday — a rocket launcher, according to law-enforcement sources.
The device was deemed inert, sources said.

The explosive discovery was made by a worker just after noon in the basement 149 E. 39th St. in East Flatbush, a source said.
The three-story building was temporarily evacuated, sources said.
