‘Ex’ of Uvalde mass shooter busted for repeatedly threatening community, victims’ families: feds

A teenager claiming to be the girlfriend of the Uvalde mass shooter was arrested Wednesday for threatening victims of the massacre and the grieving community for half a year.

Victoria Gabriela Rodríguez-Morales, 19, of Puerto Rico was slapped with 13 counts of making interstate threats through social media sites and emails with names like “SchoolShooter” and “Killer22,” the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Puerto Rico said.

“Me and Salvador wanted to do this together but he don’t wait for me to come,” she allegedly wrote in Instagram messages in June.

“Anyways more kids will die and teens so don’t cry about this one cause there’s worse coming.”

The teen allegedly began spewing hatred years before her self-proclaimed boyfriend Salvatore Ramos slaughtered 21 people, including 19 kids inside Robb Elementary School, on May 24, 2022.

She was investigated and went through juvenile proceedings in 2018 for making threats toward Uvalde citizens, officials and facilities, a deranged hobby she continued during her time in juvenile detention, according to a criminal complaint.

Salvador Ramos slaughtered 21 people, including 19 kids, inside Robb Elementary School, on May 24, 2022.

After her release in 2020, Rodríguez-Morales and her family moved to Puerto Rico, where she is accused of continuing her taunting.

The threats ramped up in the aftermath of the massacre, in which Rodríguez-Morales described Ramos’ victims as “all the little losers souls … I pray for them to be burning in hell,” according to an arrest affidavit.

“I told [Uvalde Police Chief] Pete Arredondo weeks ago after the massacre happened I told him that I was going to send someone for me to do it So you all got what y’all deserved And there’s more coming So don’t prepare,” she allegedly told a reporter over Instagram in April 2023.

The teenager repeatedly referred to Ramos — who was gunned down by cops — as her “ex” and said she planned to continue killing innocent Texans in his memory.

“I will haunt everyone from class 2022 to 2023 Each and every single one of y’all will die in the name
of Salvador … But the fact that more blood is going to be drained through my hands, it makes me horny,” Rodríguez-Morales allegedly wrote, adding that her life was dedicated to killing.

Rodríguez-Morales was indiscriminate in her threats — taking aim at schools, hospitals, law enforcement and families of the victims.

In an Oct. 25 email, she allegedly threatened Kimberly Mata-Rubio, who had lost her daughter in the elementary school shooting and was running for Uvalde mayor.

“If Mata Rubio wins the elections I will kill her,” Rodríguez-Morales allegedly wrote.

At least one of Rodríguez-Morales’ alleged threats resulted in the temporary closing of a school in Texas.

She relentlessly dispatched the threats through October, when investigators tracked the various social media accounts and email addresses to Rodríguez-Morales.

She could face up to five years in prison for each of the 13 charges.
