Shedeur Sanders’ Rolls-Royce gets booted in by Colorado campus police

Shedeur Sanders is learning the hard way why it’s important to park where you are supposed to.

The Colorado Buffaloes quarterback and son of head coach Deion Sanders had his black Rolls-Royce booted by campus police in a lot near the Champion Center, according to a report by Buffs Beat

A school sports information staff member posted a video on YouTube shorts of the boot on Sanders’ car, but a link to the clip now says the video is private.

Sanders’ car reportedly had been ticketed with a wheel clamp previously.

Sanders’ Rolls-Royce came into the spotlight earlier in the year during a segment on Tom Brady’s “Let’s Go!” podcast that featured Deion

“Tom, do you think a college kid needs a Phantom, like a Rolls-Royce?” Deion asked after Shedeur had made the purchase.

“I think he needs to get his (butt) in the film room and spend as much time in there as possible,” Brady responded.

The Colorado football team has been dealing with strict parking enforcement on the Boulder, Colorado, campus all season.

At least eight players had their cars towed, costing players a hefty price to get them back from the towing company.

Defensive back Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig had to cough up more than $3,000 to the City of Boulder for 52 parking violations, according to Buffs Beat.

Star two-way player Travis Hunter also was hit with parking tickets, and Deion Sanders himself even was given a parking ticket before the Buffaloes’ showdown with Oregon.

“It seems to be an ongoing problem on campus that needs to be fixed. We’ve had cars getting towed for parking near Folsom Field,” an unnamed Colorado player told Buffs Beat in October.

Colorado was one of the hottest teams in college football out of the gate, winning the first three games of the season.

The Buffaloes have since dropped five of their last six contests and own just one Pac-12 win.
