Woman found dead in pool of blood outside NYC condo high-rise
A woman was found dead in a pool of blood outside a Brooklyn waterfront high-rise condo building Sunday.
The unidentified woman was discovered lying face down in the courtyard behind 440 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg around 8:45 a.m., and pronounced dead by paramedics a half hour later, law enforcement sources said.
She was said to be in her 30s and had apparently suffered trauma to her arm, according to the sources.
The medical examiner was investigating her cause of death.
The swanky address, known as Schaefer Landing North, made news two years ago when “The Wire” actor Michael K. Williams was found dead in his apartment there from an overdose of fentanyl-laced heroin.
