2 motorcyclists killed, one critically hurt in NYC crashes: cops

Two motorcyclists were killed and one was critically injured in three smash-ups across the city overnight, cops said.

The first collision happened just before 11 p.m. in Harlem, when a 42-year-old male motorcyclist was rear-ended by a speeding gray BMW as both vehicles headed south on the Henry Hudson Parkway, near West 145th Street, authorities said.

The motorcyclist was thrown into the center lane of the parkway, where he was then struck by a black Mercedes Benz, which also appeared to be speeding, cops said.

Both the BMW and the Mercedes drivers kept going after hitting the motorcyclist, leaving him on the roadway with severe head and body trauma, cops said.
