Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett and wife Amy Paternoster enjoyed a dreamy honeymoon in Puerto Rico.
The newlyweds, who tied the knot in New Jersey last month, vacationed at the Ritz-Carlton Dorado Beach Resort, where they sipped cocktails on a private boat and shared a kiss in front of a waterfall in photos Paternoster shared on Instagram on Sunday.
In one photo, the happy couple kissed while overlooking the ocean.
The second-year quarterback held his wife by the waist while he sat on the railing at the front of the boat.
Other photos showed Pickett and Paternoster at dinner together and toasting to one another — while another featured the adventurous pair exploring the Rockefeller estate, where the Ritz-Carlton reserve is tucked away on a private 50-acre landscape.
“Honeymoonin 🫶🏼,” Amy wrote in her caption.
“Where to next ?❤️,” Pickett added in the comments.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Pickett have since returned from their honeymoon.
On Wednesday, Paternoster shared a photo of her and Pickett, who was behind the wheel of a car, while on their way to Steelers training camp.
“Sending my favorite little camper off today!” she wrote over the photo, adding black and yellow emojis to signify the team’s colors.
Pickett reposted the snap on his Instagram Story with a red heart emoji.
Steelers training camp takes place at Saint Vincent College in Latrobefrom, Pa. and goes through mid-August.
Pickett tied the knot with Paternoster last month, nearly a year and a half after getting engaged.
The nuptials took place at the glamorous Pleasantdale Château venue in New Jersey, where the couple said “I do” under a pink and white flower arch.
Paternoster — a Wall, N.J., native and former collegiate soccer player — earned a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University, according to her LinkedIn.
She currently works as a private equity associate in Pittsburgh, when Pickett was under center for the University of Pittsburgh.
Paternoster was also by Pickett’s side when he was selected 20th overall by the Steelers in the 2022 NFL Draft — three months after they got engaged that January.
Though it’s unclear exactly how Pickett and Paternoster met, they made their relationship Instagram-official in April 2021.
In his rookie year with the Steelers, Pickett appeared in 13 regular-season games, throwing for 2,404 yards, seven touchdowns and nine interceptions.
He also rushed for three touchdowns.
