Place your bets on this Florida home with a casino asking $5.95M

Who needs Las Vegas when you can have Kissimmee, Florida?

There, some 30 miles from Orlando, a home listed for $5.95 million comes with a roomy “casino room,” replete with a number of digital slot machines and a bar, Mansion Global reported.

What’s more, the property — standing in the Reunion Resort — also comes with a “multimedia extravaganza” area with more slot machines, an eight-player roulette wheel and a home theater with seats for 12.

Beyond being for sale, the home can also be rented out short-term — and whoever gets either availability should come with an appetite for more amenities. The 11,000-plus-square-foot spread also has space for a “Jurassic Park”-themed bedroom, featuring a model Jeep — which doubles as a bed — being pursued by a large model of a T-Rex, all under a canopy of trees. There’s even a neon-filled “arcade room” reminiscent of 1990s mall arcades — this one stocked with games standing on a period-specific carpet. Another one of the 11 bedroom suites, meanwhile, comes with a Steamboat Mickey theme — with listing images showing the bow of a boat placed between two sets of bunk beds.

The bones of the home additionally include a kitchen with quartz countertops, an island and a walk-in pantry; and a gym with a steam shower, a spa and a sauna. There are also indoor and outdoor lounge areas — with exterior fittings including a heated pool, an outdoor kitchen and a dining area with a two-sided fireplace.

The resort also offers amenities, via a transferable membership, including Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson-designed golf courses, 12 pools, a water park and a salon.

The home last sold in June for a much less $3.9 million sum, the outlet noted.
