Jalen Brunson will not have meetings with the Mavericks or Heat, according to multiple reports, and intends to sign with the Knicks once the free agency period begins.

On Wednesday, It was reported that the free-agent point guard — president Leon Rose’s focus for quite some time — would at least sit down with the other two franchises.
But now that is not happening. NBA reporter Marc Stein broke the news about the Mavericks meeting not happening, reporting that Brunson had informed Dallas he intended to sign the Knicks’ offer of four years in the $105 million range.
