Oreo and Ritz team for free cookie-cracker collab

Ever had to choose between an Oreo or Ritz cracker? Worry no more.

The brands, both owned by Mondelēz International, are teaming for a limited “Ritz X Oreo” collab.

The snack marries one Oreo cookie and cream with one Ritz cracker and peanut butter.

Interested foodies need to act fast Thursday at noon when a special website will give away 1,000 free packs of treats.

Patrons will have to pay the $3.95 shipping fee.

“Be there or be salty,” Oreo said on its Twitter account.

In a press release, Alexis Yap, Ritz senior brand manager, said that the brand “has been exploring innovative partnerships” over the last few years and “couldn’t resist the opportunity to collaborate with our friends at Oreo on a snack that’s part salty cracker, part chocolate cookie, and entirely delicious.”

Mondelēz International also owns Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and Cadbury.
