Aaron Rodgers misled the public about his vaccination status, which was only uncovered when the Packers quarterback tested positive for the coronavirus. Several New York baseball players have declined to reveal whether they have been jabbed. There is an air of secrecy from so many athletes who live their lives in the public.

And then there is Kyrie Irving, who spoke for more than 20 minutes on Instagram Live in October to announce he was unvaccinated and to say he understood that fact would come with severe consequences for his 2021-22 season.

There are all sorts of criticisms to launch at the Nets superstar. A lack of transparency is not among them.
