TV’s favorite penthouse hits the market with $5M ask

A spacious Long Island City, Queens, penthouse duplex with striking city skyline views and quite the TV pedigree has come to market for $4.99 million.

The 2,750-square-foot residence — which comes with a sprawling 2,640 square feet of outdoor space — is at the Arris Lofts, designed by the late Costa Kondylis in what was once the Eagle Electric Factory, built in 1920, at 2728 Thompson Ave.

It has also been the backdrop for shows including Aziz Ansari’s “Master of None” — where it served as the home for characters played by Claire Danes and Noah Emmerich — and “Elementary,” starring Lucy Liu and Jonny Lee Miller.

Finally, it was in the pilot episode of “Almost Family,” a remake of an Aussie hit called “Sisters.”

The apartment is a combo of two top-floor residences and features a lower terrace off the kitchen that is 333 square feet and a massive private landscaped, and irrigated, roof terrace. Inside, the home features 13-foot ceilings, 10-foot encased windows with electric blinds and views of the Empire State Building.

It comes with three bedrooms, 3½ baths plus another room that could be used as an office, gym or walk-in closet, the listing helpfully suggests. There are also wraparound stairs that lead to the roof, with “deeded storage and a shed” on the rooftop. Building amenities include a doorman, concierge, and a 4,700-square-foot lobby with a fireplace that overlooks a 6,000-square-foot Japanese-inspired landscaped courtyard.

There’s also a gym with a lap pool, sauna and massage room, and a resident’s lounge with a rec room, children’s playroom, billiards room, catering kitchen and additional common space on the roof deck. The listing brokers are “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Kirsten Jordan and Nicholas Lounsbury, both of Douglas Elliman.

Speaking of must-see TV: It was a love match — but the game sparked a rare fight between Charlotte (Kristin Davis) and Harry (Evan Handler) in “And Just Like That,” the follow-up to “Sex and the City.”

Filming for the tennis scene was on the Upper West Side at the Waterline Square condo.

That’s where Charlotte, Harry and their pals — played by Nicole Ari Parker and Christopher Jackson — play a game of mixed doubles on a posh indoor court.

Charlotte wants to win and makes no excuses for her passion. Charlotte and Harry then walk down a stunning architectural staircase and out into a landscaped park.

All the spaces are part of the Waterline Club, which is the only NYC condo with an indoor regulation-size tennis court.
