Chef whips up pasta dough at top of the Empire State Building

He’s taking his love of carbs to new heights.

Chef Ryan Peters is going viral on TikTok after visiting NYC landmarks such as Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building to do what he does best: make pasta.

Peters, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based chef, has amassed more than 2.5 million followers on the social media platform, where he travels to wild locales mixing ingredients for pasta dough.

The chef told The Post he left his restaurant gig in March 2021 after cooking professionally for 10 years.

“I started my TikTok account by posting some pasta clips I already had on my phone,” he said, adding that the reception was immediately so positive he switched careers — and now posts his viral videos full time.

He first went to the top of the Empire State Building where he mixed flour and eggs among the clouds.

“The @empirestatebldg is amazing! Where to next?! #pastatiktok#foodtok #nyc #newyork,” he captioned his picturesque clip.

The snap showed himself mixing the eggs and dry ingredients together to the tune of Alicia Keys and Jay-Z’s hit “Empire State of Mind.”

“I rode a really fast elevator all the way to the top and became the first person to make pasta up here,” he wrote in the video. “Wow, the views up here are incredible!”

His video then opened to the wide views of the Big Apple, and he kneaded his yellow dough and asked fans to write in the comments where he should make pasta next.

In another video, Peters made pasta dough on the Madison Square Garden court where the New York Knicks play their home games.

While sporting a Knicks jersey, the cook whisked together egg yolks and flour to create his famous concoction.

“Reply to @nyknicks appreciate the Knicks for having me! Where to next?!” His caption asked.

Peters has taken his pasta-making shtick to an array of places such as the arena for ice hockey team the Pittsburgh Penguins as well as the field for the Miami Dolphins.

“The New York Knicks signed me to a one-day contract,” he joked in the video. “I thought I was going to be a part of the starting lineup, but it turns out that they just needed me to make a batch of pasta dough at Madison Square Garden.”

In another video, he even made pasta in the middle of the ocean while on a Royal Caribbean cruise.
