Wyoming vs. Arizona, line, prediction: Wildcats will get stiff test

The Wyoming Cowboys have started the season with eight straight wins but face their toughest test yet when they go to Tucson on Wednesday to face Arizona.

The Cowboys rank 19th in the country in points scored on a per-possession basis thanks to taking care of the ball, as they rate 16th in turnovers on a per-possession basis.

Both teams have done a good job on the glass with Wyoming 49th in the country in rebound rate and Arizona 13th. The Cowboys are getting at least 5.7 rebounds per game from each of their top four scorers. Forward Graham Ike leads the way in both categories with 20.8 ppg and 9.0 rebounds per game.

Arizona's Dalen Terry (4) circles around Oregon State's Glenn Taylor Jr. (35) during the second half of a game Sunday, Dec. 5, 2021, in Corvallis, Ore.

The Wildcats rank 164th in the country in opponents rebound rate on missed shots, with opponents getting second chances on 25.9 percent of their clangers.

With Wyoming having already slayed a Pac-12 team on the road this season, winning at Washington, look for Arizona to get an unexpected test on Wednesday.
