The suspect in the deadly Christmas parade attack in Waukesha, Wisconsin, rapped “f–k Donald Trump” and “f–k the pigs” in one of his songs under the name Mathboi Fly.
Darrell Brooks, 39, who has an extensive criminal past, faces five counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the vehicular rampage that left five people, ranging in age from 39 to 81, dead and 48 others injured.
The aspiring rapper posted songs with explicit lyrics on SoundCloud, including an anti-Trump and anti-police song called “X.”
“This that f–k Donald Trump flow and whoever hate it,” he raps in the song uploaded to the platform three years ago.
“Now let me talk about the b—h we call the president, a closet racist and he play his part so effortless,” he continues.
Brooks then raps “police is trippin'” before spitting “f—k the pigs.”
Another of his songs contained the lyrics, “They gonna need a cleaner for the s— we did, all my killers Gacey where them bodies hid,” as well as “Sliding through the city with no safety on,” according to the report.
Brooks’ songs on his since-deleted YouTube channel also reportedly mentioned AK-47 assault rifles and included one called “Gon Kill U,” the Sun reported Monday.
On Saturday, he wrote in now-deleted social media posts that he was “not surprised” Kyle Rittenhouse’s acquittal in the Kenosha shootings, according to the Daily Mail. However, authorities have not yet indicated whether the verdict had anything to do with Sunday’s rampage.
On Monday, Police Chief Daniel Thompson said Brooks had been involved in an unrelated “domestic incident” prior to the attack but left the scene before police could respond.
Brooks had been set free earlier this month after making a $1,000 bail on a domestic violence charge from Nov. 2. He allegedly punched the mother of his child and “ran her over” with his car in a parking lot fight.
The Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office admitted Monday the bail was “inappropriately low” given his criminal history.
Trump expressed his condolences Monday to the people of Waukesha.
“The whole world is watching the tragedy which just took place in Waukesha, Wisconsin, it is devastating, horrible, and very very sick!” Trump said in an emailed statement from his Save America PAC. “My heart goes out to the people of this great, beautiful, and hardworking community.”
“We must find the answers to this terrible crime, and stop these violent and depraved acts from happening again,” the 45th president added. “I am with you Waukesha, and always will be!”
