The Post reported in May that the couple had asked $1.79 million for the 1,264-square-foot pad with two bathrooms. The asking price later lowered to $1.69 million, according to StreetEasy. It previously asked $2.25 million in 2017 and returned for sale this past February for $1.99 million.

Grey bought the unit for $1.32 million in 2006. Friday’s deed transfer identifies her as the sole seller.

The apartment is located at The Heywood, at 263 Ninth Ave. in Chelsea. It has a separate home office/guest room with custom built-ins, a great room with space for dining that opens to a kitchen, plus an ensuite bathroom in the east-facing bedroom with dual vanities and a soaking tub.
