Man slashed on NYC subway in bloody scene

A straphanger was slashed Friday during an argument on a Manhattan subway, cops said.

The victim was cut during the feud on a J train about 1.45 p.m., according to cops.

He stumbled to a stairwell at the station at the intersection of the Bowery and Delancey Street on the Lower East Side and fell to the ground, bleeding from a gash to his head.

The man appeared not to be cooperating with police before being loaded into an ambulance and rushed to the hospital.

Police-scanner chatter suggested officers were canvassing the Bowery near Sara D. Roosevelt Park looking for two suspects — a man and a woman.
