The 2022 NFL Draft prospects for Giants, Jets to watch in Ohio State-Purdue

An eight-game losing streak is a real advantage when battling for draft position.

The Lions (0-8) and Texans (1-8) each have lost eight straight games, which puts them in firm control of the top two picks in the 2022 NFL Draft. But the Jets (2-6) and Giants (3-6) still control multiple premium picks as two of the 10 teams with either two or three wins this season. 

If the season ended today, per Tankathon, the Jets would hold picks Nos. 3 and 11 (courtesy of a trade with the Seahawks), and the Giants would hold picks Nos. 8 and 9 (courtesy of a trade with the Bears) in the first round.
