The Astroworld concert where Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend Travis Scott wouldn’t stop a concert when eight people were killed? Reportedly, in Switzerland, this ratty rapper accused a fan of trying to steal his shoe, then spit on the guy then told the crowd to “f - - k him up.”
Now, allegedly, he is having a kerfuffle with CEO Jonathan Patarkatsi’s trademarked Down To Earth name. Down To Earth, begun 2017, sells hats, sweatshirts, tank tops, hoodies, T-shirts, also juice and iced teas. Travis’ girlfriend Kylie posted their daughter to her 250 million followers in a T-shirt bearing: Down To Earth. Was Travis promoting apparel throughout his world tour using Down To Earth’s logo?
They traded lawyers. A cease and desist letter. Rapper’s lawyers say no claim.
Patarkatsi’s position is his Down To Earth logo is trademarked. Travis’ attitude is that Down To Earth is a generic phrase and shouldn’t be trademarked. And remember, it’s his girlfriend’s kinfolk who registered generic brandmarking like: “Kylie,” “Kim,” “Good American,” “Talentless,” etc.
Be it known that man cannot live by branding alone.

As her father read aloud from the endless “A Christmas Carol,” his kid walked away before that first ghost appeared. So as a result, the man — Jesse Kornbluth — shrunk descriptions of 1843 London, simplified dialogue, axed extraneous characters and shriveled its 28,000 words to 13,000. Listen, so did Dickens. Performing it 127 times, Charlie himself used a slim version.
Kornbluth’s abridged “Christmas Carol” got published this week. Soon the 12 days of Christmas will shrink to eight. It’ll be “Snow White and the Six Dwarfs.” A partridge in a pear bush, only one Wise Man. And kids will sing “All I want for Christmas is my One Front Teeth.”

Sant Ambroeus is creeping into where Schrafft’s once was when PB was PB.

In “Parts Unknown,” these two friends visited Portugal’s Celorico De Basto, Meirelles’ home, where pig-slaughtering’s traditional. They stuffed the bladder and played soccer with it.
