He is Joe Judge, not Joe Grudge.

Tucked into a first half of a season filled with more bad than good, more negative than positive, more losses (six) than wins (three), is a growing sense of how the Giants second-year coach works.

Judge barks in practice, but not on the podium. When he takes snaps away from certain players, it is strictly business, nothing personal. What Judge and his coaching staff have done especially well in Year 2 is not burying players who have struggled and not forgetting about players who are relegated to the bottom of the depth chart.
